Dr. Potts earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1992. He successfully completed his Internal Medicine residency at the William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, in 2003, after receiving his doctorate of Internal Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2000. Dr. Potts is board certified by the National Medical Certification Board.
Dr. Potts has over 9 years of experience in Internal Medicine throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. He is a proud member of the Michigan State Medical Society and affiliated with McLaren Bay Region and Covenant Hospitals. Dr. Potts has also been named a Five-Star Favorite as the Best Physician in the Bay City Times READERS’ in 2010. Dr. Potts enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and five children.

Whitney practiced as a registered nurse for five years before obtaining her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Saginaw Valley State University. She has experience in working in intensive care, medical-surgical, and cardiac care units. She has worked as an adjunct faculty member in Saginaw Valley State University’s undergraduate nursing program. Whitney is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Alpha Chi Honor Society of Nursing, and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. In her spare time, Whitney enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and son.

Whitney Jankoska, MSN, NP-C

Mr. Grifka had practiced as a Registered Nurse for six years in an array of specialty areas before obtaining his Masters of Science in Nursing and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Justin also has advanced Masters degrees in Nursing Education and Healthcare Administration. His experience in working in open-heart and neurosurgical intensive care units, emergency rooms, cardiac cath labs, and healthcare administration, makes Justin a valuable asset as a primary healthcare provider.

Mr. Grifka is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Justin is also an instructor for the American Heart Association and is certified in both Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.

In his spare time, Justin is an active member of his church community, enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at Saginaw Valley State University where he taught lab clinical to undergraduate nursing students. Mr. Justin Grifka, MSN

Stacey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Psychology from Central Michigan University, in 2013. She then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Indiana State University and graduated in 2015. Stacey is a Board Certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

She previously worked in hospitalist medicine and is Basic Life Support certified. Stacey is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family & friends, cooking, and watching the Detroit Tigers.

Stacey Kowaleski, PA-C

Henry Woida is a Physician Assistant with an Associates degree in Radiology from Ferris State University, a Cum Laude Graduate with a Bachelors in Health Science from Saginaw Valley State University and a Physician Assistant Program graduate of the University of North Dakota.

Woida’s goal and focus are to treat all patients with honest, medically based information and always keep the best interest of each patient at the forefront. With this in mind, his objective is to work with each patient to ensure that they are receiving the best care possible, while also recognizing the limits inherent within his role as a Physician Assistant.

Amanda obtained both her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. Amanda practiced as a registered nurse for 5 years prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in the intensive care unit as a nurse caring for critically ill patients. She has worked for the past 4 years as a Nurse Practitioner in the Obstetrics and Gynecology field and family practice. Amanda is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing and Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region. Amanda also served as a nursing preceptor for the Saginaw Valley State University undergraduate nursing students as an adjunct faculty. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Amanda has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Insertion of the Nexplanon.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, cooking and volunteering for the Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region’s many community opportunities.
